Meet our Officers
A Message From Our President:
Angelica Villalba
Position: President
Major: Sociology
Minor: Political Science
Year: 2014
Welcome! My name is Angelica Villalba, President of the Eta Tau Chapter here at Cortland. I never would have thought that a sorority would mean so much to me. Growing up I never really thought of myself as the cookie-cutter type that most movies make sororities out to be. During my time here at Cortland I learned that those movies had it all wrong. Every single woman in Eta Tau is different as well as beautiful inside and out. I have learned things from these women that I will take away with me for the rest of my life. We are a group of strong, educated, compassionate women who strive for excellence and grow from our mistakes. I ran for president because I wanted to give back to Alpha Phi what they have already given to me. A home, sisters who support me, and opportunities that I would not trade for anything. my Sophomore year I remember the current president, Joan Macri saying to our new member class “You Get out of Alpha Phi what you put into it” and she could not have been more right.
Thank you for visiting our website!
AOE, Angelica Villalba
